Sepia Photo Swap: Abandoned
Yesterday I received my returns from the Sepia Photo Swap: Abandoned. For this swap we had to take photos of abandoned places or things and make them sepia. This is the first swap I have done that hasn’t really required any painting, drawing or collaging. I felt strange not doing anything on the cards so I used distress ink on the back that looked like sepia and I ran all the edges on a black ink pad. I like how they came out and made me feel better about sending a print of a picture. I really like how my cards came out. I created several extra which you can view here.
Below are the cards I received.
Here are the cards I sent for the swap and for the host. The pictures are of an abandoned locomotive in Oaks, PA taken February 2012 and various photos from Eastern State Penitentiary taken October 2013.
